Job Overview

TN Poland is seeking a highly skilled International Payroll Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of payroll data, setting up new hires and employee transfers, and compiling statistical information for decision-making purposes.

You will also be responsible for checking the accuracy of employee time reporting, evaluating current policies and processes, and updating and improving them where necessary. Additionally, you will respond to employee payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
  • Set up new hires and employee transfers in our payroll system
  • Compile statistical information for use in decision-making
  • Check the accuracy of employee time reporting
  • Evaluate and update policies and processes as needed
  • Respond to employee payroll-related queries
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, or a similar field
  • Good knowledge of one of the European languages (e.g. Hungarian, German, Dutch, Romanian, French, Czech, Slovak, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
  • Clear understanding of all aspects of payroll and previous experience with different payroll packages
  • Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
