About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our Regional team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and performance in multiple cities across the region.

As a Territory Manager, you will set the commercial strategy for your area, sign and grow strong partnerships with local partners, and monitor and improve supply, growth, and profitability KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Defining winning sales, growth, and operations strategies for your cities and owning their implementation
  2. Acquiring and managing top local partnerships in your cities
  3. Own key performance metrics in your cities: growth, operations, profitability

You Will Be Successful If You Have:

A proven track record of excellent performance delivering challenging KPIs and/or projects

Business acumen and ability to grasp all key drivers in a business P&L

Highly polished communication skills – speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating

Ability to balance swift pace of execution with attention to detail

Superior analytical skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get it done

Excellent Polish and English, written and spoken
