Responsibilities
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients with software installation and licensing issues. Key responsibilities include:
- Using troubleshooting skills to resolve client software installation and licensing issues
- Analyzing, documenting, and resolving issues to create an outstanding customer experience and enhance the team's knowledge
- Managing a caseload with a risk-tolerant and independent approach
- Conveying urgency to resolve customers' problems and maintaining a positive, professional disposition during support calls and in writing
- Researching, troubleshooting systems and programs, and identifying program and system conflicts that may prevent clients from installing, licensing, or using Autodesk software
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Knowledge of Operating Systems and general program installation experience: Windows (primary), MAC (secondary), Linux (occasional need)
- Comfort with Windows system tasks (installs/uninstalls/system troubleshooting)
- Customer service experience or technical support experience
- The ability to learn quickly and think critically

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
