Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Autodesk. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving client software installation and licensing issues using troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document issues to create an outstanding customer experience and enhance the team's knowledge.
  • Use risk-tolerant and independent management to handle caseloads.
  • Convey urgency to resolve customers' problems and reflect a positive, professional disposition during support calls and in writing.
  • Research and troubleshoot systems and programs to identify conflicts that may prevent clients from installing, licensing, or using Autodesk software.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems and general program installation experience: Windows (Primary), MAC (Secondary), Linux (occasional need).
  • Comfort with Windows system tasks (installs/uninstalls/system troubleshooting).
  • Customer service experience or Technical Support experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly and think critically.
