We are seeking a skilled Global Markets Sales professional to join our team at Société Générale TN Poland. As a key member of our Institutional Investors Desk, you will be responsible for originating and distributing business models that cater to the needs of Polish local clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in transactional cooperation with institutional investors or corporate enterprises, and possess excellent knowledge of cash, derivatives, and secured finance instruments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.

The role involves supporting financial institutions in rates, credit, fx, and structured cross-asset transactions executed in voice and electronically. You will also be responsible for delivering ongoing global markets sales strategy to maintain existing client relationships while bringing new clients on board.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial market teams of the banking industry or non-banking investment firms.
  2. Awareness of financial markets regulatory framework and risk metrics.
  3. Adaptability and agility in challenging environments.
  4. Team spirit and positive mindset.
  5. Fluent English and Native Polish language skills.
