Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Development Specialist to join our team at Trans Group S.A. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and staying up-to-date on our product portfolio to maximize sales.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales approaches and meet their expectations.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and changes in customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and results to inform future sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement plans to address customer concerns and improve satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in direct telephone sales or as a freight forwarder.
  • Ideal experience in B2B sales.
  • Fluency in English and/or one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).
  • Ability to adapt to changes and maintain a flexible attitude.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex sales challenges.
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
