Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum
Job Description:
You will support the EMEA Accounting & Control organization, EMEA Tax department, and EMEA Legal department as a central point of contact.
Your responsibilities will include managing purchase requisitions, vendor invoices, and related activities in financial/procurement systems.
You will also coordinate with the EMEA Corporate Secretarial Services provider, manage change requests, signature requests, and maintain the corporate compliance database.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative support experience within an accounting/finance department.
- Understanding of basic accounting terminology, audit, and compliance documents.
- Mastery of English language.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Eye for detail, diplomatic, and able to handle confidential information discreetly.
