You will be responsible for adapting Adyen's global strategy to the local market, aligning local teams for speedy execution, and empowering them to make decisions that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in navigating complex deal negotiations and maintaining senior executive relationships will be invaluable in securing major deals and propelling our growth.

We are seeking someone who embodies the values of adaptability, resilience, and collaboration. You should have a deep understanding of the Polish market and its nuances, as well as the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders from various industries and sectors. Relevant industry experience and knowledge of Payment and/or Financial Services would be a significant asset.
