About the Role

The Country Sales Director will be responsible for organizing and managing the department's operations and business activities. This includes preparing and executing business plans, budgets, and reports, as well as acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

The successful candidate will have a solid knowledge of sales systems and business planning, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking abilities.

In this role, you will also be responsible for implementing sales strategies in the market, managing departmental projects, analyzing market and competitor data, and taking appropriate actions.

You will have the opportunity to develop and introduce a country sales strategy, as well as systematically improve the department's operations in all areas.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position (sales and people management)
  • A Master's degree
  • Solid knowledge of sales systems and business planning
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking abilities
  • Strong leadership skills, including team management, task delegation, and work optimization
  • Decision-making capability for both difficult and routine matters
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with finance and basic accounting principles
  • Advancement in computer and digital tools
  • Fluency in Polish and English
