iRonin is a software house that implements web and mobile application projects for clients from the USA, Great Britain, Norway, Germany, France, and Barbados. We use a wide technological stack: Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Go-lang, Haskell, Python, Node.js, Vue.js, React.js, .NET, and many more. Our team consists of 13 people, with only 3 in the Business Development department. We are looking for someone to take business development to an even higher level.

The Challenge
  • You will become a vital part of our growth by co-creating and implementing our brand's business strategy.
  • You will create innovative campaigns and sales materials with the entire 3-person business development team.
  • You will take charge of various channels of reaching customers, including events or platforms.
  • You will work closely with the HR department to provide our clients with the best quality IT services in an optimal time.
  • You will seek new opportunities to promote our business, follow industry trends, and propose new solutions.
Your Profile
  • With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, including at least 3 years in the IT industry.
  • A rich portfolio of successful sales campaigns.
  • Experience in conquering foreign markets and ensuring the company's financial liquidity.
  • Familiarity with various channels of reaching customers - LinkedIn, Clutch, e-mail, events, cooperation with the Marketing Department.
  • Practical knowledge in creating unique sales materials and necessary sales content.
