Customer Service Representative with Finnish Language Skills

About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist with Finnish, you will be part of our Global Shared Services team, providing day-to-day order management, dispute handling, and proactive communication with our customers. You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure high-quality customer service and meet our targets and KPIs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Order handling and management
- Dispute and query handling with customers over the phone and in writing
- Collaboration with colleagues from other areas, such as local customer service teams, production, warehouse, and transport planning
- Reporting to relevant Business units
- Customer master data management
- Participation in improvement initiatives and projects
- Testing and implementing changes in cooperation with IT/IBM and Customer EDI specialists
- Maintaining effective communication with internal and external customers
- Documentation review based on established guidelines and standards
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a support center with high activity
- Strong communication and service skills
- Fluency in English and Finnish (required)
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (nice to have)
- Knowledge and understanding of Arla systems like SAP and CSM (nice to have)
