Fitch Group is a leading provider of financial information services with operations in over 30 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Sales Analyst to join our Sales Strategy & Planning team, where you will play a critical role in delivering data-driven insights and supporting strategic decision-making.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Data Gathering and Mining: Extracting and analyzing data from internal databases to support strategic initiatives;
  2. Self-Serve Culture: Developing and providing tools and dashboards to promote a self-serve culture for accessing information;
  3. Reporting: Producing recurring reports for Sales and the Leadership Team;
  4. Cultivating Relationships: Building relationships with Sales Managers to deliver commercial information and support them in achieving and surpassing their targets;
  5. Commercial Projects: Leading specific commercial projects aimed at implementing best practices within the sales organization;
  6. Ad Hoc Data Requests: Handling ad hoc data pulls and queries from the Sales Community as needed.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel;
  • Experience in using Salesforce for reporting and data analysis;
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to analyze large volumes of data and present it in an accessible format;
  • Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders to accurately gather and interpret their requirements.
