Job Title: Sales Process Expert
Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Process Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements that enhance sales operations and drive business outcomes. Your expertise in sales process improvement, project management, and technology implementation will enable you to identify and address process gaps that impact sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and refresh training materials on sales activities in partnership with the training and documentation team to ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Commercial Excellence, Customer & Strategy, Quality, Logistics, Business Lines, and Regions to ensure alignment and integration of sales processes with overall business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales process improvement, project management, or related roles within the automotive or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving process excellence and implementing scalable solutions to enhance sales operations.
