Customer Service Specialist with Advanced Communication Skills

Capita is a leading business services provider seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize your knowledge of CRM systems to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and meet business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum C2 proficiency in Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to resolve complex customer issues.
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment with multiple communication channels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A flexible approach to work, including availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at PLN 45,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to:
