Job Title

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase customer engagement and retention rates.
  2. Represent TN Poland at client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Maintain and update reporting systems, run scheduled and ad-hoc analysis, participate in team meetings, and share customer experiences.
  4. Report on all projects monthly, advising status and likely timing of order placement.
  5. Provide monthly sales reports, forecasts, and detailed job lists.

Requirements

  • University degree (Engineering preferred, but not required).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Good knowledge of norms and contractual regulation issues.
  • Previous exposure running sales in the Polish market.
  • Knowledge about the Polish Data Center market (preferred, but not required).
  • 3-5 years of experience.
