Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing consultative selling and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Utilize your exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English to negotiate and close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of prospecting, developing accounts, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of 7500 PLN gross, plus quarterly performance-based commission.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, dental care, and eye care plan.
  • A generous relocation package of 2000 PLN net, plus a multisport card and flexible working hours.
