About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our GHR Global Benefits team in Poland.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical and business process skills, as well as the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

You will be responsible for delivering benefits administration across EMEA locations, supporting payroll and HR administration, and coordinating related activities with Finance, Legal, etc.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Benefit and pension administration to ensure effective controls are utilized and payments are delivered to correct third parties within the scheme deadlines.
  • End-to-end administration, benefits process, and timely payroll notification.
  • Managing the Social Fund budget on employee level according to the legal requirement, tracking spending on the monthly basis on invoices, managing one-off requests for financial support.
  • Managing the enrolment to the Social Fund at the end of the year, building the database, organizing and sending communication, providing the final output to payroll vendor.
  • Managing the ongoing enrolment to the social fund (new hires during the year), as well as leavers. Manage the Cafeteria portal.
  • Acting as a local escalation point for all benefits administration issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a HR operations/benefits administration position with a strong understanding of best practice around controls, regulations, tax compliance, and working with outsourced providers.
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic business environment.
  • A flexible approach and ability to work under strict deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on your experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €52,500 per annum, based on the location and requirements of the job.
