Are you passionate about empowering sales teams to succeed? As a Sales Training Manager at Exact Sciences Corp, you'll design and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance selling skills, specifically value-based, key account management, and negotiation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs that focus on selling skills, particularly value-based, key account management, and negotiation techniques.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales & Marketing Directors to identify knowledge gaps and skill development needs for partner sales teams.
  • Develop impactful training materials, presentations, and resources aligned with the company's sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead engaging workshops and training sessions to improve business acumen and selling capabilities of our sales teams.
  • Work closely with International Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Commercial Training to ensure training alignment with company-wide objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience within the healthcare industry as a field trainer, ideally with Partner sales teams.
  • Proven experience as a business acumen and selling skills trainer or in a similar role within a sales or corporate environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy comprehension.
