Operational Excellence Lead

As an Operational Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving process improvements within the SSC organization at Flint Group. Your role will involve analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Process Analysis: Gather data, observe workflows, and conduct interviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies.
  • Standardization and Documentation: Develop and implement standardized procedures and policies.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to staff on new processes and procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators and regularly monitor progress.
  • Technology Implementation: Identify and implement technology solutions to automate and streamline processes.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives related to processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for process improvement initiatives.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with process improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the SSC function.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in an SSC or COE with a proven track record.
  • Strong process management and change management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for efficiency improvement through standardization and digitalization solutions.
  • Can-do hands-on attitude.
  • Certification and experience in the use of Lean and Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to use the SAP system.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, etc.).
  • Excellent work organization and customer relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management and the ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Independence in acting and making decisions in the assigned area of authority.
  • Ability to think analytically and easily absorb new knowledge.
  • Initiative in action.
