Job Title: SSC Operational Excellence Manager

Flint Group is seeking an experienced SSC Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for improving processes within the SSC organization to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing processes to identify areas of improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies for administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on new processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of processes.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to automate and streamline processes.
  • Lead and manage change initiatives related to processes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in an SSC or COE with a proven track record.
  • Process Guru with great project management and change management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about efficiency improvement through standardization and digitalization solutions.
  • Can-do hands-on attitude.
  • Certification and experience in the use of Lean & Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to use the SAP system.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, etc.).
  • Very good work organization and customer relationship building skills.
  • Very good communication skills, including stakeholder management and the ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Independence in acting and making decisions in the assigned area of authority.
  • Ability to think analytically and easily absorb new knowledge.
  • Initiative in action.
