Position zur Unterstützung unseres globalen IT-Wachstums


Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT Office Manager, um unser IT Delivery Team in Krakau aufzubauen, zu leiten und weiterzuentwickeln. Der Bereich soll globale Implementierungs- und Rollout-Projekte unterstützen und die globale IT-Abteilung erweitern.



Aufgaben



  • Schrittweise bauen Sie ein Team mit Funktionen wie Business Consultants, Software-Entwicklern, Administratoren, Datenanalysten und Unterstützungspersonal auf.
  • Sie sind ein starker Partner für unsere Fachabteilungen und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Entwicklungen und Abläufe im Unternehmen.
  • Planen, entwerfen und implementieren Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen IT-Produktteams hochwertige Funktionen für unsere IT-Anwendungen.
  • Schaffen Sie einen Rahmen für das Team, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen, an Herausforderungen zu wachsen, die persönliche Entwicklung zu fördern und eine Heimat für das gesamte Team zu bieten.
  • Arbeiten Sie im Rahmen der globalen IT-Strategie von Viegas und unter der Leitung des Führungsteams in der Zentrale.


Ihr Profil



  • Erfolgreich absolviertes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im IT-Umfeld.
  • Die Fähigkeit, mündlich und schriftlich in deutscher, englischer und polnischer Sprache zu kommunizieren.
  • Eine charismatische Führungskraft, die es gelingt, Mitarbeitende zu begeistern und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Leistungsbereitschaft, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und eine hohe Eigenmotivation.
