Rutkowski is hiring a Sales and Partnership Growth Specialist to drive sales growth and expand market share in the consumer electronics sector. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring new partners in the Polish market.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  2. Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional and marketing strategies that drive business growth
  3. Analyzing market trends, competitors, sales potential, and pricing strategies to inform business decisions
  4. Developing action plans based on market data analysis to drive sales growth and expand market share
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or key account management in the consumer electronics industry (experience in the TV market is an advantage)
  2. Strong knowledge of the market and ability to build and maintain business relationships
  3. Self-motivation and ability to achieve ambitious sales targets
  4. Strong negotiation, market analysis, and strategic planning skills
  5. Experience in business development and relationship building
  6. High motivation, commitment, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  7. Proficiency in English (B2)
