Your Role

We're looking for a skilled PropTech Sales and Growth Specialist to manage a portfolio of 40+ accounts, encompassing both owners and brokers. Your responsibilities will include generating new revenue, nurturing existing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive success from prospecting to contract closure.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners and brokers, serving as their primary contact.
  • Analyze customer needs, usage patterns, and challenges to provide proactive support.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Negotiate contract terms, handle renewals, and close deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and internal processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in real estate or PropTech.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume portfolios and achieving growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging owners, brokers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deals without compromising attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with real estate technology is a plus.
