EU Expansion Team Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly skilled EU Expansion Team Manager to join our team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in management consulting, product management, sales management, or similar fields.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of Marketplace Consultants to grow Sellers in Poland and Europe.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Achieve business and financial objectives by driving the growth of Amazon's third-party business in selected categories.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language (Polish).
- 2 years experience in managing a team.
- 5 - 8 years of working experience in management consulting, product management, sales management or similar.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and database analysis.
