Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in various logistical activities, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate records.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a high level of responsibility, and the ability to work independently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary education related to business needs.
  • Work experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in the specific area depending on business needs.
  • Computer skills: Very good skills in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Language skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English (at least B2) / knowledge of additional EU language.
