About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Portfolio Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing daily checks on file deliverables to clients and investigating discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily processes and internal/external communication, flagging any issues during group discussions or to the manager
  • Assist manager and team members to close out issues
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and managers
  • Adhere to internal procedures and best practices at all times
  • Offer guidance and support to less experienced members of the team
  • Actively work with other team members to build team spirit and grow as a group
Requirements
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management, organizational, and team working skills
  • Good command of English language
