Customer Support Specialist with Dutch Language Skills

At Diebold Nixdorf, we are increasing the size of our Customer Support Teams due to natural growth. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Job OverviewWe are looking for highly motivated Customer Support Specialists who can engage with our customers and clients in Dutch. As a key member of our team, you will provide user helpdesk services, guide customers through solution trees and knowledge bases, and update call management systems accurately.
Responsibilities- User Helpdesk Services: Provide inbound customer service requests for dedicated hardware and software within customer environments.
- Solution Guidance: Guide customers according to solution trees and knowledge bases to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Call Management: Update call management systems with accurate and detailed information on performed activities.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Excellent command of the Dutch language (at least B2/C1 level) and English on a minimum B2 level.
- Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication, teamwork, process orientation, and customer focus, with friendly and professional phone etiquette.
- Technical Skills: PC literacy, especially Microsoft Office package usage.
- Availability: Willingness to work in shifts.
