About the role

We are currently looking for a
Business Development Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the company, supporting the achievement of ambitious business goals and building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Active acquisition of new customers and building a network of contacts in the fire protection sector
  • Maintaining and developing existing business relationships
  • Development of strategic partnerships and search for new business opportunities
  • Analysis of requests for proposals, tender and design documentation
  • Conducting trade negotiations and developing offers tailored to the needs of customers
  • Close cooperation with the implementation and technical department in order to provide comprehensive customer service

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in proactive technical sales preferably from the HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, mechanical, hydraulic systems or fire protection field
  • Practical knowledge in the preparation of cost estimates and technical offers
  • At least secondary technical education (vocational school)
  • Ability to read technical drawings in AutoCAD, strong MS Office skills
  • A proactive approach to achieving goals and excellent organizational skills
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act independently and effectively manage tasks
  • Willingness to travel country-wide
  • Communicative knowledge of English (at least B1 level), highly fluent Polish skills
  • Category B driving license

Not necessary, but it would be a benefit if you have:

  • University degree in a related Engineering field
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Knowledge/experience from the firefighting industry
