Customer Service Manager SSC

Dla naszego klienta, międzynarodowej firmy produkcyjnej z siedzibą w Warszawie, szukamy Customer Service Managera do zarządzania niewielkim zespołem w strukturach SSC. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za nadzór nad wszystkimi aspektami obsługi klienta i operacji logistycznych, zapewniając jak najlepszą dostawę produktów i usług.
Twoje zadania:
- Rekrutacja, motywowanie i rozwój podległego zespołu, zapewnienie wysokich standardów obsługi
- Optymalizacja procesów obsługi klienta i logistyki, od przyjęcia zamówienia po dostawę
- Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z klientami oraz dostawcami, w tym 3 PL (negocjowanie kontaktów i umów na terenie całej Europy)
- Rozwiązywanie zapytań i reklamacji klientów
- Monitorowanie kluczowych wskaźników wydajności, identyfikowanie obszarów do poprawy i wdrażanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań
- Interweniowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z zarządzaniem zamówieniami w SAP
- Analiza danych logistycznych, optymalizacja kosztów i zarzadzanie budżetem
Wymagania:
- Kilkuletnie doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta (post sales), obsłudze zamówień bądź logistyce w tym minimum 2 lata na roli z podległym zespołem
- Wykształcenie wyższe
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
- Znajomość systemu SAP
- Zdolności organizacyjne, operatywność, predyspozycje liderskie
- Umiejętności: sprzedażowe, negocjacji, zarządzania czasem pracy, budowania relacji z klientem
- Otwartość na zmiany
