The Sales Representative for Radiometers is responsible for achieving set sales targets.
This position is part of the Sales Department, covering the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and will be remote with approximately 80% of the time will be spent in the field and 20% in the home office. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare through reliable, fast and simple patient diagnosis.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, effectively promoting Radiometer products and solutions to meet their needs.
Conduct strategic trade negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements that drive sales growth and market penetration.
Prepare customized and persuasive commercial offers, tailored to the specific requirements of each customer, to maximize success in closing deals.
Utilize our advanced CRM system to accurately track and document daily activities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the sales team.
Implement and execute comprehensive sales plans within the designated region, leveraging market insights and opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
The essential requirements of the job include:
University or college degree in a medical or related field
First clinical sales experience gained in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of Polish and good level of English (B1 or higher)
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and develop customer relationships
