Position: Market Development Manager Poland
Location: Warsaw 
Working Model: Hybrid
 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Provides local market inputs and recommendations into Sales plans for the market (internally, Distributor).
  • Coordinates Market Execution of all Sales/Commercial programs/plans and investments.
  • Ensures consistency between Regional plan, Market plan, Country plans, and Customer plans.
  • Enables the delivery of the company’s sales fundamentals in stores.
  • Enables implementation of category initiatives within the Market.
  • Effectively cooperates with company’s shared resources from other functions.
 
Requirements:
  • Strong Customer/ Distributor knowledge.
  • Display a high level of cross-collaboration with effective partnering for results.
  • Effective Communicator.
  • Full English Language proficiency (min. C1) is a must.
