About the role

Reckitt is searching for an SAP Business Process Owner like you; an innovative thinker armed with SAP expertise, ready to redefine efficiency in finance, supply chain, HR, and CRM. Embark on an exciting journey where your influence will be pivotal in advancing our global SAP landscape, ensuring our systems are future-ready.

Your responsibilities

Ensure financial and operational controls are in place and embedded in the process Responsible to review, challenge and escalate change for approvals as required Participate / Lead various Governance meetings Review local process variations to standard model in alignment with principles defined by the Global Process Owners (GPO) / Controllership To minimise the number of 'local' process exceptions To drive change management activities required by global finance initiatives Provide process expertise to project teams regarding process in scope On-going knowledge transfer into markets (commercials (IMEX) & factories) Point of escalation for any process related change request from deployment teams Write, review, and sign off process documentation & SOP's including country localisations Work with operating model & controls teams to ensure early identification of country variances to standard processes Work with country teams to drive the implementation of pre-requisites and alignment to operating model Support to the Adoption and Continuous Improvement team in training, maintaining Super User communities and developing continuous improvements.

The experience we're looking for

Degree qualified or equivalent Experience of working in a complex, Matrix organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential Previous business/finance experience, 5 + years Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of End 2 End Controlling processes with working level understanding of R2R and P2P Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through good communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Proven ability to deal with and manage conflict. Positive & can-do attitude, good team player Demonstrable ability to manage multiple project/s with inter-dependencies. Project Management, Six Sigma certifications desirable but not essential. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable but not essential (End User or Super User Level)
