IT & D

Within IT&D, you'll be a positive force, whether you're advocating for cybersecurity, shaping how we leverage technology to enhance our operations, or utilizing data to drive the evolution of popular consumer products.

About the role

Are you skilled at simplifying complex SAP processes to achieve seamless outcomes? Do you excel at revamping business workflows across multiple modules? Reckitt is seeking an innovative SAP Business Process Owner like yourself; a forward-thinker armed with SAP knowledge, prepared to redefine efficiency in finance, supply chain, HR, and CRM. Your responsibilities

  • Lead business change evaluation workshops to uncover deviations from the global operating model.
  • Evaluate, question, and escalate changes for approval as needed.
  • Direct Process design meetings (PODs)
  • Review local process variances to the standard model in accordance with principles set by the Global Process Owners and review by Global Service Managers as necessary.
  • Minimize local process exceptions.
  • Drive change management efforts aligned with global finance initiatives.
  • Offer process expertise to project teams on relevant processes.
  • Continual knowledge transfer to markets and support centers on process alterations.
  • Primary contact for process-related change requests from deployment teams
  • Create, review, and approve process documentation & SOP's, including local country adaptations.
  • Collaborate with operating model & controls teams to promptly identify country deviations from standard processes.
  • Work with country teams to enforce prerequisites and align with the operating model.

The experience we're seeking

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a complex, global organization. FMCG experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Thorough understanding of End-to-End PTP process, including ICO.
  • Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels and diverse cultural backgrounds through exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven conflict resolution skills.
  • Capability to handle projects with multiple layers and interdependencies.
  • Desirable qualifications in Project Management, 6 Sigma, and knowledge of SAP.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA is advantageous but not mandatory.
