Role Overview:

Are you capable of transforming intricate SAP processes into efficient successes? Do you excel at refining business workflows across different modules? Reckitt is seeking an SAP Business Process Owner like you; a creative thinker with SAP proficiency, prepared to optimize efficiency in finance, supply chain, HR, and CRM. Embark on an exhilarating journey where your influence will be pivotal in advancing our global SAP infrastructure, ensuring our systems are ready for the future.

Your Duties:

  • Serve as guardian of end-to-end business processes (L1-L4), including: High-level business process flows Fully documented Global Business Process template design for each major sub-process Financial controls and Reports within each process
  • Represent Business Process during individual Business change assessment analysis gatherings in markets to ensure all business needs are considered (and documented via User Requirements specification). Simultaneously guarantee that any business needs requiring customization are rigorously challenged and options for process redesign are explored. Any necessary customizations must be documented, and changes must proceed through the established governance model.
  • Update relevant documentation based on alterations to the standard global process template (including SOPs, Core Business Models, User Guides, training materials, etc.)
  • Participate in preparing training materials.
  • Responsible for resolving/reviewing issues, risks, and business impacts for the assigned process
  • Actively identify internal and external best practices to enhance the standard end-to-end process continuously
  • Lead super user forums dedicated to process enhancement and knowledge exchange
  • Lead the process governance forum for the owned process

Desired Experience:

  • Qualified accountant.
  • Prior business/financial experience – 5-10yrs in various finance roles (Financial, Commercial Controller, Systems Accountant etc...). International experience is advantageous.
  • SAP proficiency (preferably in both implementation and business application)
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (PTP, R2R, Controlling, O2C)
  • Six Sigma / PRINCE methodology certifications would be beneficial
  • Positive & can-do attitude, effective team player
  • Excellent communication skills (proficient in English), organizational aptitude, and exceptional presentation skills paired with excellent interpersonal skills and a calm & cheerful demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable but not essential
