Client Solutions Specialist role is based in our Warsaw office in the Client Solutions Team. In this role you'll have a chance to develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with Mercer's clients and consultants in the compensation & benefits area. Your responsibilities:
- Manage own portfolio of local clients in UK market
- Provide support to clients with day to day queries around Mercer products, methodology and services
- Manage the process of collection, verification and interpretation of compensation and policy data from clients
- Deliver custom trainings, onboardings and Mercer tools demo for clients
- Cooperation with internal consultants- providing product and sales support (sales presentations, product information, contacting clients etc.)
- Prepare reports, presentations and analysis of compensation & benefits data for our clients
- Continue knowledge development in field of compensation and benefits
Our requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a comp & ben and/or customer support environment
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1 minimum)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, assuming ownership of tasks and taking proactive approach to work
- Proficient communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively across different levels of the organization (internally and externally)
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable
- Availability for a full-time position (Monday-Friday, flexible 8-10 a.m. – 4-6 p.m.)

- Experience in working with large and complex numerical databases and the ability to understand how they function
- Experience in improving processes/practical use of client success methodology
