Technical Service After Sales Technician

Your role & responsibilities:
First contact between the MAHLE Company and the Customer in the event of technical problems or configurations Taking care of the presentation and demonstration of the MAHLE products to the sales network both in the MAHLE office and at the Customer office (Poland/ CEE ) carry out Training Courses on MAHLE products to Customers (Poland/ CEE) Telephone support in case of need for procedures to be performed on the cars using MAHLE equipment, support in the event of malfunctions of the MAHLE equipment Cooperation with the internal MAHLE Departments (TSS, Repairs, Commercial Area) for the resolution of problemsYour skills & strengths:
Preferred engineering studies, technical secondary education, Automotive experience Customer orientation, openness, ease of contact, flexibility, willingness to raise knowledge and skills Very good and English spoken and written Available to travel in Poland / CEE Kwnowledge of products offered by MAHLE will be an asstes Workshop experience will be an advantage Knowledge in Microsoft OfficeSee what we can offer you
