Twoje przyszłe wyzwania:
Identyfikowanie przyczyn problemów i zapobieganie ich ponownemu wystąpieniu;Koordynacja zamówień klientów krajowych.Celem jest profesjonalne, szybkie i kompetentne rozwiązywanie zapytań klientów lub prawidłowe przekazywanie ich do innych działów CHEP;Zestawianie i formatowanie miesięcznych raportów, w tym danych i wykresów;Koordynowanie przepływu i przetwarzania nowych kont, w tym monitorowanie postępów;Analiza, strukturyzacja i przygotowanie wszystkich przychodzących zapytań klientów w celu dalszego rozwoju proaktywnych usług dla klientów;Kogo szukamy:
Wykształcenie wyższe0,5 - 1 roku w dziale sprzedaży i obsługi klienta w firmie usługowej, gdzie analiza i dbałość o szczegóły były kluczowym czynnikiem sukcesuZnajomość pakietu Microsoft Office, w szczególności ExcelPraca w zespole obsługi klienta, który koncentruje się wyłącznie na badaniu i analizie danych w celu rozwiązywania problemów.Doświadczenie w bezpośrednim kontakcie z klientemSilne umiejętności językowe - polski i angielski (B1/B2)Preferred Education
