Obowiązki:

  • wspieranie Area Sales Managerów w zarządzaniu relacją z siecią Dealerską Mercedes Benz Trucks Polska i Daimler Bus Polska,
  • wspieranie zespołu w procesie sprzedaży do klientów flotowych,
  • administrowanie procesem sprzedaży – zestawienia transakcji sprzedażowych i posprzedażowych,
  • współpraca z działami: Kredytowym, Dealer Service Center, Customer Service Center, Retention & Contract Termination Team, Controling, Insurance, Product & Marketing,
  • współpraca z MBFS Ekspertami Truck,
  • współpraca z Działem Sprzedaży: Dealer Sales (ASM) i Flotowym (KAM) Mercedes Benz Trucks Polska i EvoBus Polska,
  • przygotowywanie umów dotyczących finansowania i dodatkowych dokumentów handlowych,
  • przygotowywanie i weryfikowanie ofert finansowania i ubezpieczenia,
  • przygotowywanie raportów i zestawień dla Zespołu Sales Truck & Bus,
  • dokonywanie wewnętrznych kontroli dokumentów zgodnie z procesem.

Wymagania:

  • wykształcenie wyższe, mile widziane kierunki ekonomia, zarządzanie, logistyka, transport,
  • mile widziana znajomość branży motoryzacyjnej,
  • doświadczenie w branży usług finansowych, szczególnie leasing, kredyt,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca podstawową komunikację,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu Office (Excel, PowerPoint),
  • łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów interpersonalnych, pozytywne nastawienie do Klienta/Dealera, asertywność,
  • zdolność do analitycznej oceny sytuacji,
  • komunikatywność, kreatywność, inicjatywa oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole,
  • dobra organizacja czasu i ustalanie priorytetów.
