Dla naszego Klienta - firmy z branży energetyki (OZE), zlokalizowanej w w Warszawie - poszukujemy Kierownika Serwisu i Utrzymania Ruchu.

 

Główne obowiązki:

  • Kierowanie zespołem odpowiedzialnym za serwis i utrzymanie ruchu.
  • Zarządzanie zamówieniami na zasoby i materiały niezbędne do serwisu i utrzymania.
  • Monitorowanie wskaźników wydajności serwisowej i utrzymaniowej oraz raportowanie wykonania do kierownictwa.
  • Optymalizacja kosztów serwisowych i utrzymaniowych.
  • Planowanie, analiza i wyciąganie wniosków związanych z serwisem i utrzymaniem na podstawie danych produkcyjnych i technicznych.

 

Wymagania Klienta:

  • Co najmniej 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowiskach związanych z serwisem i utrzymaniem ruchu w przemyśle energetycznym - zmysł techniczny.
  • Praktyczne umiejętności zarządzania zespołem w strukturze rozproszonej - wysokie kompetencje kierownicze.
  • Znajomość narzędzi informatycznych, w tym MS Office, oraz systemów zarządzania utrzymaniem ruchu.
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
