We are looking for IT Service Manager who will take care of all service management areas to ensure success of delivered projects

 

Location: Warsaw/remote

Employment Type: Permanent (UoP, B2B)

Working hours: Full time

 

You will be responsible for:

  • providing service plans to our clients to cover all relevant business and technical services
  • monitoring service delivery and identifying appropriate business and technical solutions, acting as an escalation point
  • effective communication with Clients, Team Leaders as well as project teams
  • leading our service delivery team and ensuring team’s processes and tasks are carried efficiently
  • identifying and implementation of new business optimization methods
  • service reporting and presenting it to key stakeholders

 

We want you on board if you have:

  • minimum 5 years of service & team management experience
  • strong services-oriented attitude
  • knowledge of software development process
  • process optimization skills
  • passion about people and leadership
  • good business communication skills
  • good command of English (a must)
  • full working proficiency in Polish (a must)
  • ready for a hybrid work (a must)

Nice to have: 

  • ITIL® Service Operation Certificate
