To our team in Warsaw office we are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst.
Your duties:
Managing and coordinating the tickets coming from clients (mostly problems with devices like printers, desktops, cash registers, code scanners employees and engineers globally Managing aging tickets and drive to closure to ensure tickets meets SLA; Escalating risks and issues to the Regional Service Delivery Managers (RSDM); Supporting incident management reporting (KPIs and customer SLAs); On-boarding new employees by ensuring engineers have access to the required tools and documentation. Support Regional Service Delivery Managers (RSDM) as and when required.
What you need to have:
Previous experience on the similar position, minimum a year of Change/Incident/Problem Management Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI would be a big asset. Great analytical skills Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization Ability to speak English B2/C1 Openness to shift work
