Account Manager Operating Room Solutions (Pomeranian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian)

Are you ready to conduct such a conversation and drive sales opportunities in line with our purpose? Mölnlycke is now looking for Account Manager Operating Room Solutions (ORS).

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing the Operating Room Solution business by conducting cost efficiency and sustainability discussions.
  • Building and executing strategy for targeted accounts, including: stakeholders mapping, identifying key customer pains and addressing them, operating room trials, value and efficiency study, portfolio and profitability analysis.
  • Meeting of sales targets (net sales and profitability) in accordance with the quarter and annual sales plan.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and representing the company in the market.
  • Gathering information about competitors' activities / market monitoring.

Regional responsibility: Provinces: Pomeranian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, part of West Pomeranian, and part of Warmia-Masuria.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years in the B2B sales and marketing environment (highly preferred: medical devices and/or other products, services, or solutions for hospitals. Experience in selling other products or services based on the Public Procurement Law will be welcomed too).
  • Experience in cooperation with operating rooms is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Performance-driven, business, and goal orientation.
  • Work planning and organizational skills – it's a crucial factor for success.
  • Independence in action and patience in providing long-term sales projects.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Native level of Polish and fluent in English.

  • Travel required: regularly in the region, occasional international trips.
  • Home-based work with occasional visits to the office in Warsaw.
