Partner Success Agent (IT & DE speaker)

As a Partner Success Agent, you will build long-term partnerships and drive business growth for our partners in the Premium & Casual cluster by joining our amazing team in the Milan office.
You will mainly collaborate with Italian and German Partners through their native language to drive their success through developing a customised growth strategy in order to maximize sales, increase high-demand stock level and optimise profitability in the long term.

You will support our Partners in navigating the Miinto ecosystem to fulfil their business needs while achieving Miinto company targets at the same time.

In joining our team as a Partner Success Agent, you will also secure strong implementation and buy-in on new initiatives and new project roll-outs, acting as an ambassador for the company both internally and externally.

What you'll do:

  • Provide advisory on how to improve our Partners' performance on Miinto via related assortment optimization strategies
  • Improve portfolio performance for specified metrics, e.g: pNPS, stock core, return rate, GMV and GMV growth, discount share and stock exposure per market
  • Campaign Participation: ensure participation in promotional activities and negotiate commercial conditions with assigned Partners to grant the success of Miinto campaigns
  • Provide consultation on accounting/finance-related requests: e.g profit calculation, financial reports overview and invoicing-related queries
  • Handle negotiations related to terms and conditions updates, including churn negotiations, contract terminations management and win-back
  • Be the main point of contact for Partners and handle incoming inquiries using the following channels: chat, mail, video and phone calls

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent spoken and written English, German and Italian
  • Mid-level experience working within customer care/sales field B2B or B2C (min. 2 years' experience)
  • Curiosity to learn and understand technical issues
  • Good communication skills and high-quality awareness
  • Proactive approach, drive and determination to achieve sales objectives and KPIs
  • Capable of spreading a positive vibe amongst Partners and team members alike
