As a key member of our General Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and support to Kahoot customers. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries, moderating and reviewing Kahoot games, and staying up-to-date with our products and services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering top-notch service and support. You will be working closely with our onsite support teams in Norway and Austin to ensure that our customers receive fast, friendly, and factual assistance when they contact us.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or hospitality services.
  • Experience in managing Customer Relation Systems (CRS) like Zendesk is a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries proactively and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Multilingual written skills, such as Spanish or another language, are a plus.
