Strategic Marketing Leader for Business Growth

Lingaro is a dynamic company with over 15 years of experience, employing over 1500 talented individuals across 7 global sites. We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Marketing Leader to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive high-quality lead generation, and accelerate our business growth. Key areas of focus include:
- B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (email, social media, SEO, SEM, etc.). Leverage data analytics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Lead Generation: Implement and manage lead generation campaigns designed to nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to align on target personas and deliver high-quality leads.
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, workshops, and trade shows. Manage logistics, content, and promotion to ensure events deliver value and meet marketing objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the data analytics or tech industries.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tactics and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Strong background in lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Experience in managing and executing both virtual and in-person events.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Flexible, resilient, and able to deal with high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
