We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Key Account Manager to join our Warsaw-based team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and executing business strategies that deliver results.

Responsibilities
- Create and implement customer business plans to drive sales growth
- Develop and execute joint business plans with customers to deliver key metrics
- Lead negotiations with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide customer-specific insights and recommendations
- Analyze sales data and develop strategic plans to improve category performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in an FMCG environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Able to think strategically and drive business results
- Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license
