About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Key Account Manager to join our Warsaw-based team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and executing business strategies that deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement customer business plans to drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with customers to deliver key metrics
  • Lead negotiations with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide customer-specific insights and recommendations
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategic plans to improve category performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in an FMCG environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Able to think strategically and drive business results
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver's license
