Your Role

  • You will be responsible for selling Remato's construction management software to construction companies
  • You will prospect and contact potential new customers to grow and maintain your own client portfolio
  • You will schedule and conduct demos (online or on-site) to showcase our software and its benefits
  • You will onboard new clients and provide after-sales support to ensure their satisfaction and success with our software
  • You will use CRM tools to track leads, deals, and follow-ups, staying informed about Remato's latest product features and updates
  • You will demonstrate basic proficiency in Word and Excel for reports and proposals

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in B2B sales
  • A background in construction or working with construction companies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to listen effectively
  • A valid Category B driving license
  • Fluency in both Polish and English
  • Familiarity with basic CRM tools and a working knowledge of Word and Excel
