Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager in Fire Alarm Market to join our team in TN Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth within the project-based business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities within the project-based business environment.
  • To develop and execute business plans and proposals to achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to share market information and ensure the correct positioning of products in the market.
  • Responsibilities will include:
  • Developing business plans and proposals
  • Liaising with major System integrators at the senior level
  • Product and market segmentation, positioning, and targeting
  • Input ideas toward marketing plans for new product launches and customer events
  • Focus on Project-based business
  • Accuracy of forecasting
  • Achievement of all budgets and targets
  • This is a regional role, therefore extensive travel across the whole of Poland is required.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
  • Extensive experience in the electronic security market specifically in Fire Alarm Systems and associated technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Polish, and English on a communicative level.
  • Driving license and be an active driver.
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
