Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager in Fire Alarm Market to join our team in TN Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth within the project-based business environment.
Key Responsibilities:- To identify and pursue new business opportunities within the project-based business environment.
- To develop and execute business plans and proposals to achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to share market information and ensure the correct positioning of products in the market.
- Responsibilities will include:
- Developing business plans and proposals
- Liaising with major System integrators at the senior level
- Product and market segmentation, positioning, and targeting
- Input ideas toward marketing plans for new product launches and customer events
- Focus on Project-based business
- Accuracy of forecasting
- Achievement of all budgets and targets
- This is a regional role, therefore extensive travel across the whole of Poland is required.
- Proven track record in business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
- Extensive experience in the electronic security market specifically in Fire Alarm Systems and associated technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Polish, and English on a communicative level.
- Driving license and be an active driver.
- Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
