Key Details
  • Full-time employment contract
  • Competitive salary: 6,500 PLN gross monthly

This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, handling sensitive customer information responsibly, and providing proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding customer service.

As a Customer Service Representative with Greek language skills, you'll work with clients who require support in their native language. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your communication skills and build strong relationships with clients.

To succeed in this role, you should have fluency in Greek (C1 level) and a good command of English (minimum B2 level). Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and local public holidays, is also required.
