- Create and manage workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes for different marketing campaigns.
- Work with different stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our CRM marketing campaigns, including brief creation, content & translation requests, quality assurance, and campaign execution.
- Review and fix campaign issues.
- Track campaign performance: Monitor campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.
